Welcome to the AFS Community Service Project Search Engine. Here you will find descriptions of the many community service programs offered by AFS and its partners all around the world. Find a program that's right for you in four easy steps:

1) Select a Continent where you would like to do community service work.

2) Select a Country on that Continent (or select "All" if you prefer).

3) Choose a Target Community of people that you would like to work with (for example children, the elderly, unemployed individuals, etc.)

4) Choose a Work Sector in which you would like to focus.

If you find that no results are returned by you search items, broaden your search by selecting "All" for one or more of the search types. If there are too many results returned, narrow your search using the methods described above.

Once you find a program that interests you, contact your local AFS organization to begin the application and screening process. If you don’t see the program you’re looking for, contact us to learn if special arrangements are possible.
